E-File Evidence Submission

Accepted File formats: .pdf, .bmp, .jpg, .wmv, .avi,  .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .zip, .txt.

You may scan and submit any of the following as evidence:

• Information of comparable properties in your area;
• Photographs of your property;
• Recent appraisals of your property;
• Proof of the insured value of your property;
• Audited and current income and expense statements for income producing property (three years required;
• Income tax returns (IRS);
• Equipment listings showing date of acquisition and the purchase price (applies to personal property accounts – businesses, etc.).;

These are the major items that are considered when evaluating the appraisal of your property. If your protest concerns a point that is not shown above, consult with a member of our staff and they will direct you to the type of information that you will need in your protest.

Please note that this option is only available for those properties that are eligible to file an electronic protest (e-file).

Instructions

1. Type in your Property ID and press the START button
2. Click the BROWSE button to select your file
3. Once your file is selected click the OPEN button
4. Click the ADD FILE TO UPLOAD LIST button
5. Your file will be listed in the box below
6. Repeat Step 2 above for additional files
7. Provide an E-mail Address (optional). Email will be used to provide a confirmation message of the files that were uploaded
8. Once all your files have been added, click the UPLOAD FILES Button
